Wow!  That is virtually the same message I posted a few months ago! :-)

I'm running EMC2 currently using a Mini-ITX (Jetway 615DF I belive) 
board based on a PIII 933.  It works just fine, even though it has 
integrated video (Intel 815 chipset).  Motion is smooth and I've got 
enough CPU cycles to run three steppers at 20 IPM (and probably more) 
using 1/10 microstep.  I ended up going with a 2GB CF card using a 
CF-to-IDE adapter which works great.
