Dear all, for a project in retrofitting some old lathes, I'd need a controller-card for the servo drives. As far as I've seen, the 5i20, which seems to be pretty popular here, is not available over here. Is anybody having a distributor over here or even in Europe for the Mesa or another (cheap) card?
The only cards mentioned here http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?EMC2_Supported_Hardware which are available over here seem to be the Vigilant cards, but they are 5 times the price of the Mesa card. Anyhow the cards should be well supported by EMC.
