Nope. There MUST be a one pulse per rev index channel, so that each threading pass can start at the same place. The additional pulses are used for to control the motion once each pass has started. As I mentioned, they could be "faked" if we were to write a HAL component to do that. But the one-per-rev pulse is critical.
