If it is needed, I would not mind to host such a event at the Public University of Navarra (Spain).

A different option is to go to Bilbao or Biarritz or Zaragoza and take a bus or train to Pamplona. This may be an inconvenient. Although I'm using EMC2 I don't consider me an expert.
