Just a few thoughts. I would consider making the tool holders (I did for thread milling), note the angle corrections for helix (probably not too important on 42mm dia). A left hand internal may be ok for external right hand and set the machine to do right hand inside to out at the rear for the internal thread, but note previous posts about a bug of left to right thread cutting.
