Oh, also you can set the tool table with MDI.  Then you don't have
to mess with an external editor, and you don't have to do the manual
reload.  For example

G10 L1 P1 Z1.234 

L1 = set tool table entry
P1 = tool number 
Z1.234 = new length (Z offset)

This is what tool touch off does underneath, except it figures out the
right Z number for you.
