Not quite the very very latest, but with an internet connection they should 
be up to speed soon.
Here's a link to make sure you grab the right ISO:

The 2.3.0 version of emc2 is still in beta state, and won't be out until 
15th april (if no issues appear).
After that I will probably take a stab at building a new LiveCD with 2.3 on 
it.

As for the artwork, not sure if this is what Greg has seen, but I did these 
a while ago:
