As I know, G33 is the command for threading in one pass, and K is the
variable for lead/inch in "Z" direction (I for "X" and J for "Y" direction)

For example:
G33 Z-1.25 K0.05

This will generate a thread 1,25" deep with 20 TPI (1"/20 = 0.05")
