You set the speed on the first G0-line: G0 Z50 F3000 (Goto Z 50 with the

The joint 0-error is something different, EMC2 thinks one of your axis are
out of position. Do you run servo's or steppers? It can be everything from a
faulty encoder to one of your signal cables picking up noise, which will be
handled as a signal. The last one happened on a friends machine when the
home switches were wired with unshielded cables.
