That would probably be the result but we don't know the machine slide configuration ie. is the U axis a second X axis and parallel with the X axis or is the U axis a linear or rotary axis of some unknown orientation. If the known axis departure commands and feed rates cause each axis motion to stop at exactly the same time then yes inverse time will be the answer.and one line just may work.
