I assume since you are using e-mail, other addresses work okay, just
KelingInc.com is not? Your setup might be something like this:

Your PC ----- Local Router ----- ISP Router ----- Other Routers -----
Yahoo Routers ----- Server with KelingInc

A router along the way might filter out this IP address or routes it to
a dead end. Trace Route might show you where the route stops. Trace
Route is in System / Administration / Network Tools. I attached a screen
shot (second attempt).
