Perhaps before we go any deeper, have a look at what I have done. I Yahoogroups, under group SA-CNC-CLUB, you will find some photos of the 5-axis machine setup and the part cut. I tried to use a G54 in the GCODE for a C-axis offste - it did not seem to work. I will try again.
