the crew behind APTos/Vapt/PostP have change dover the years
the interest/action moved into HeeksCad and then into FreeCAD
but
the underpinnings of APT are still there ( as in ALL cad/cam pkgs )
_perhaps_ these packages can output APT CL files already

i think the thing people didnt grok about APT was that it was
describing a tooltip 'driven' over geometry
not heres the geometry, now gimme a path that leaves that
