Is it really worth getting it going? If you look at the cost of outsourcing getting parts stamped/lasered today, it's very cost effective. Could such a beast make you money. If you imagine what you might want to use it for, something like this may be far more affordable, usable and worthwhile; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry4kohKGAfI I had the bulk of a CNC lathe once that I kept for a year, with the idea of getting it going. But unless you are rigged out with small cranes and other machinery for doing the repairs, it's a pipedream. Eventually I took it back to the yard, all at an expense. The guy lifted it off the truck with a grab, promptly raised it 20' into the air and dropped it on another machine they were trying to break up. All sad, but mostly forgotten now..
