There are two styles of 3-pwmgen. The firmwares with TP in their name
have 6 pins per PWM (complementary high-side and low-side drive, with
a gap to prevent shoot-through) whereas the 7i39 version only uses 3
pins and internal cleverness.
So, it is probably wise to decide ahead of time which one you want to use.

Incidentally as far as I know SVST4_4 doesn't support 3pwmgen.
You would probably want SVTP6_7I39.BIT  for a 7i39 and TPEN6_6.BIT otherwise.
