Gentlemen,
  The Fests as Roland's were very interesting and fun. When I attended
there it was without an agenda and few questions prior to arrival. I just
watched and listened and LEARNED. Very useful time spent.
  The meetings at my shop were largely the same. I spent a little time one
on one with a few people but mostly just learning by listening and talking.
And having fun. These guys are all interesting intelligent people.
