I made this one as a proof of concept: http://www.wallacecompany.com/machine_shop/Shizuoka/mpg_proto-1a.jpg It has 100 pulses/rev, 25 cycles/rev. and works well for axis jogging. I expect to use many of these, so I need them to be as inexpensive as possible.
