OK, so the camera works. Now, I'd like to build a new LinuxCNC system, based on the 10.04 (Lucid) kernel. But, all the doc for camview-emc refers to Hardy. Does anyone know if the various software pieces (camview and camview-emc) that psha recommends loading are available on 10.04? Are there any gotchas with this? Does anybody else have camview-emc running on a 10.04 kernel?
