This new Toshiba 2T drive doesn't expose its "block" size to the user, but
I suspect its 4192 if not bigger.

Does any one know if the filesystem on the 10.04.4 install disk from
linuxcnc.org, and the gparted that is one it, can handle that? I got it to
make an msdos system on the whole disk, but cannot now adjust or delete
any of the partitions showing. gparted refuses to write anything to it.

So I guess the real question is: Do I have a failed motherboard, or a
brand new drive thats totally foobared?

Cheers, Gene Heskett
