I have only worked with IGBT/MOSFET and expected solid state relays to be slow 
devices not suitable for PWM but they say "12 - 20kHz FAST PWM speeds". They 
state it is solid state relays but the figure on the top is an IGBT which 
require a good driver and electrical isolation!
