Dave,
Thank you for the review of the pendant. Can you clarify the comment
about the indent click? What do you mean here. MPG's all have clicks that
determine the step what do you mean indent click? what features other than
just axis select, step distance select and MPG movement have you found are
integrated? I see it has buttons for spindle etc. it also seems to have a
start and pause as well as reset which I am unsure what that would do
actually. It also seems to have a big silver button there up top right what
does it do? I am pleased to hear you like it and after hearing your
comments about the range I am even more feeling that the wired model is the
one for me.

Another question I have is the weight? I mean if you take the pendant
and place it on the table is the MPG click stiff enough to cause the whole
pendant to move on the table? Can you kinda flick the MPG wheel and get a
rapid type movement without knocking the whole pendant off the table? I
was thinking that if this was the case perhaps some thick soft rubber feet
on the back or even some small suction cuts affixed to the back might
help? Might sound crazy but one of the main reasons I want this is to aid
me in setup so I do not have to reach inside the machine with one hand and
then reach way back with my other hand to the control pendant to move the
MPG and then to the keyboard to select step increments altho I have become
quite proficient doing this already LOL... Having the start and pause
etc would be nice and I wonder if feedrate overrides or max feedrate
override could be integrated into it. Just some rambling thoughts here.
Peace

Pete
