In 2.7.0 hexapod config is adjustable via hal pins, without recompiling
from source.
So I suggest you install 2.7.0 first
http://linuxcnc.org/docs/2.7/html/getting-started/getting-linuxcnc.html
Then I can help you with the config.
If your machine is different from hexapod, you need to alter the kinematics
file.
Then follow http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Installing_LinuxCNC to
install from source.
You can find kins at src/emc2/kinematics
