Got it, it was tool comp related, turned off tool comp long enough to see & fix the error. Its back on now & everything is looking good. Now, is there some way I can add a slider that would diddle the z height by 2 thou a click while its running? This crappy wood does NOT have a uniform thickness by as much as 75 thou a board, and if I set the roundover bit down to do them all, then I've as much as 50 thou to sand to get rid of the outer edge of the roundover tool when A thick board shows up. And at some point, I'd like to discuss calibration of the TLO's of these tools now that I have interchangeable holders and make that one less variable to have to fool with on a board end by board end basis.
