No, Andy, it was a rather coarse thread up to very close to the flange of a large (british...) cutting head shaft. A shop man gave it to me because they had failed in several attempts to make a mill shaft that would fit the head. Apparently, I was the first to find out that it had two start threads, after closely examinig it already after the first futile attempt. Besides, the graziano is able of 440 mm diameter threads :-)) Peter
