A convenient tool or method for creating an image of the whole installation (OS and LinuxCNC) and packing it up is probably the choice then installing several computers of the same kind. Then using different computers I guess you have to run ordinary installation although possible with some kind of configuration file to tell which packages to install. The linuxcnc configuration and data files I think you just copy.
