For sure, ;-) when it wants to be, but it needs a good BS filter too.  
And 99% of it is.  But I repeat myself.  5 successive posts that do not 
contain one of a long list of words related to cnc in general, should be 
met with an automatic 24 kick and ban. That would quiet it considerably 
after a while. Can IRC-II do that when operating as the relay 
crosspoint?  I don't know, but I'd sure investigate it.
