Thank you Chris and Andy, I read about G93, and rewrite my gcode program, in a way, that I assume I want to have G1 speed 700mm/min.
So for each segment I have I calculate F value for G93 with formula: g93feed = g1Speed / length_of_segment I rerun program in simulation this time using halscope to chart velocity, that takes into account rotation of pipe and movement of tool. I still get oscilation of speed and cannot get constant speed. It seems that there is something limiting speed when rotation of pipe happens. movements swithout rotation have much bigger speed, than those with combined move (xyz and A). Rotation move just alone is also moving quite faster than combined move What do I miss here? So is it possible to have constant velocity somehow? I attach hal and ini I use - maybe it could reviel something... Here is video of my last try animating motion, speeds and gcode program: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-gRyZ2XvQE regards
