I bought one of the FHA-B types and it's the same size as the FHA-C. I've
had contact with the manufacturer and they have been quite helpful.

Andy's blog gives an idea of size of the FHA-B and he has castings
available.

I've 3D printed a holder for mine that better fits the slots on my mill and
still gives me a reference slot. The base is about 8.5" x 5" and the whole
thing is about 8" tall. I will be able to swing my 9" faceplate I use on my
South Bend Lathe. I had to 3D print it in 4 pieces after drawing it up in
Alibre. Haven't yet decided if I'll do a lost PLA casting or add body
filler material and use it as a pattern.

Fullsize-4 shows it bolted on an earlier 1/4 prototype and bolted to the
mill table. More than enough room for a collet holder and a mill.

I'll be using an STMBL AC Servo drive for it.
