I tried to use pncconf to configure linuxcnc to use a 5i25 with a single 7i76 (Board Name: 5i25-Internal Data and Firmware: 7i76x2 with 1 7i76). I chose to setup the "7i76-Analog Output" on tab TB4 and selected “Spindle Output” from the pull down list. When I invoke linuxcnc with that config, Linuxcnc terminates reporting a missing pin hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.spinout-minlim. When I deselect that option I get a config that runs OK.
I found a report in the forums with this problem on an earlier version of pncconf saying that this had been fixed in later versions of pncconf. However, it seems to have reared its head again. Help!!
