After a reboot, there are no /dev/spi anything, and the sample
commandline:
sudo mesaflash --device 7i90 --interface spi --addr /devspi0 --readhmid
returns:
/sbin/mesaflash: 1: /sbin/mesaflash: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
I had put the mesaflash's in /sbin and sudo chmod +x them
I have, in /lib/modules/4.19.71-rt24-v7l+/kernel/drivers/spi
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 11556 Feb 6 14:37 spi-bcm2835aux.ko
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 15892 Feb 6 14:37 spi-bcm2835.ko
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9620 Feb 6 14:37 spi-bitbang.ko
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 18056 Feb 6 14:37 spidev.ko
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 13616 Feb 6 14:37 spi-gpio.ko
And useing spidev.ko:
i@rpi4:~ $ sudo /sbin/mesaflash --device 7i90 --interface
spi --addr /dev/spidev.ko --readhmid
/sbin/mesaflash: 1: /sbin/mesaflash: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
