Sorry, must be built for arm64, not armhf, or something. Nothing gets rid
of the error except
pi@rpi4:~ $ mesaflash --help
-bash: /sbin/mesaflash: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
pi@rpi4:~ $ mesaflash3 --help
-bash: /sbin/mesaflash3: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
changes it
Not sure where you got that but...
I would build the latest mesaflash from:
