An odd version of a quick change toolpost. Doesn't rotate so the tools will 
always be aligned. Could mount two tools if they're spaced far enough apart so 
each can be used without the other hitting anything. Could mount two of these 
posts to have up to 4 tools. 
Another way to do this is with dovetail blocks where the dovetail faces the 
chuck and each holds one tool. Do a search for CNC gang tooling. Works like a 
tool turret without the need for the turret, motor, and control, but limited by 
the cross slide travel.
