Thanks for the input Jon, Andy, and Scott. Unfortunately, it already counts positive in the clockwise direction, so that’s not it. I’ll go through Jon’s list of suggestions step by step when I get back to the machine in a few days and let you know how it goes. I also realized that a spindle braking resistor will be necessary because the G33.1 motion doesn’t engage the mechanical brake on deceleration. That was something I hadn’t accounted for, but I have one on order now.
