This can happen if the stephen maxvel / maxacc is lower than the Axis.
But that does not appear to be the case in your config. I think I
would have a look in halshow, though, just to make sure that the
values are getting set correctly.

If the DRO shows the issue then it's internal to LinuxCNC, you have no
external feedback.
