No, it just makes the programmed feature when you press "start".

It uses a set of G-code subroutines that take the various dimensions
as  input and then run a fixed cycle.

You can't assemble them into a program, though often you can leave the
turn, face, radius, thread set up and run them in sequence.

It's really a setup for one-offs, typically working from a 2D drawing.
