I think you need function=0xE0 with one 'edge' on in-0 and in-1 to detect
'goes false' if I understand your problem correctly.
You can do edge detection (of a sort) with LUT5 by feeding the output
back to an input.
Humm, I'd assume that would give a one servo period pulse?
