Hi John, Not really. That $100 is for the pendant only. The 3 axis controller is around $550.
A lot of AliExpress sellers now add multiple products to a single listing. They have a relatively cheap item there that makes the item you are after appear cheap. That said you can get a similar 2 axis Chinese controller for about 1/3 that price.
