Patch Set 2: Verified+1
Changed ${VdsStatus} to ${HostStatus} in audit log message and rebased.
Verified on flow described in the bug. Also verified that notification remains
the same for other flows (adding host to DC without storage, adding host to DC
with storage or when connection to SP is available again)
