The developer of the extension "Send Later" has said that it is too much
work for him to keep his extension compatible with Enigmail.

When in the compose window, the write window, pressing 'Ctrl + Shift +
Enter' invokes the built-in Thunderbird function to 'send later'.

Also there is an extension named "Send Later Button" that combines these
keys into the function of a 'click me' button.
