I noticed the same problem myself today, using the following on Debian buster (the client): gnupg 2.2.12-1+deb10u1 thunderbird 1:68.5.0-1~deb10u1 enigmail 2:2.1.3+ds1-4~deb10u2 and the following on Ubuntu 18.04 (the WKS server): gnupg 2.2.4-1ubuntu1.2 gpg-wks-server 2.2.4-1ubuntu1.2 Thanks, Andrew. -- Andrew Gallagher
