The generally preferred method of coordinating things is either in realtime
(#edevelop on IRC) or using tickets on phabricator. If you don't see an
open ticket that you're interested in tackling, you can always make a new
ticket like MENTOR ME I WANNA WRITE DOCS and assign to 'committers';
someone will eventually give you something actionable in that case.
