Well, we could do the opposite of I'm doing today: develop on GIT and
have public access using CVS, setting up a bridge GIT->CVS is more
reliable than CVS->GIT.

Well, the load will be lower, since every developer will have the copy
of the whole repository, no operations other than pull/push will go to
server.
