Nothing we have now blocks people from writing (and this is coming from the guy that wrote a _lot_ of documentation for Ewl and the EFL). Use your blog. Use the wiki. Everything is available. If people wanted to write they'd be doing it already. If we have to pay them, then I'd say they're just in it for the money.
