No, Andreas is right. Whatever the langage, the way I say things always
make people feel bad. There is no "nice" way to answer me.

Especially if I am the only guy complaining, amongst 1M users.

Other issues affecting more users may need you attention. I am ok with
that; just say so frankly, and I'll accept it.
