nah... people will only care about patents if you do a world-impacting
software, or you make lots of money with it.  Moreover, names are not
patent-able, but they are trademark-able.  If you need a suggestion,
then use "envision", I was about to create the same thing few years
ago but then I stopped after creating Ecore_Getopt.h ;-)
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/envision says it is a
synonym for visualize, so a good name.
