Always on top is used a lot by a lot of people. Stick: maybe you are
right and it's not used a lot, but when it is, you probably want to get
there without too much of an hassle. Kill maybe doesn't belong there,
that's true.

I'm willing to agree on everything except for always on top, this one
should be top level, I have no doubt about it :)
