I'm sorry if I offended you in any way. If I have, you can be sure it was not intentional as I very much appreciate your efforts in many fields regarding EFL, and I'm usually your number one supporter. I believe this email does not follow the regular interaction you, the Vincent I know and appreciate, and I usually have.. Like I said in IRC after you left, I think you and your organization methods, emails, and etc. have done great service to this project, and I don't know where we would have been without you. Your handling of the all important administrative sides of the project, like creating an association, paypal account, and making the project correct and well structured, are admirable to say the least. I believe my past behaviour shows my commitment to making EFL more organized or serious as you have put it. I have done a lot of administrative work on trac, I talk to people all the time about commit messages, Changelogs, SCMs, coding conventions, work methods, and generally every administrative task I can think benefits the project. I make sure to always update the Chanegelog, I never commit code without doxygen, including @since and @deprecated tags. The only place where I'm at fault is the NEWS file, not because I have ill-intentions, or I'm just being lazy, but because I don't completely sure about what's needed to be done. I suggest having an open discussion about it (and we have, in another thread) so it'll be decided, and when it'll be decided I'll happily and promptly conform. Let's discuss it in the appropriate thread and decide what we think needs to be done, after that we'll be decided, we'll join forces and enforce it together. I hope we share the same views, Tom. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cloud Services Checklist: Pricing and Packaging Optimization This white paper is intended to serve as a reference, checklist and point of discussion for anyone considering optimizing the pricing and packaging model of a cloud services business.
