I don't think just adding each lib to the top bar gives it enough visibility we're going to need something similar to the existing docs landing page. I'm however not sure if we should do that with doxygen or use the current landing page and have it redirect to the existing main pages(renamed). I think the most important part is crossreferencing which is already possible.
