xine is still a problem, but tbh - xine, gstreamer and  even vlc have so many
stability issues with codecs (from crashes to hangs)... that i am really in
favor if expanding the generic thing in emotion and to literally pull all the
modules out of emotion entirely into generic binary things anyway... built just
like evas_generic_loaders.

BUT.. there is one big BUT... this kills/hurts/complicates our ability to use
things like "decide direct to texture data" as we need to share texture data
across processes then... :/ (texture-from-pixmap and/or/plus/ eglimagekhr etc.
stuff may alleviate this)...
