Following the code I end up in _evas_gl_common_version_check() in
src/modules/evas/engines/gl_common/evas_gl_context.c:307 which wants
OpenGL 1.4 or better when I only have 1.3.

What is needed from OpenGL 1.4 that OpenGL 1.3 cannot provide?
